Money-Back Guarantee
PingRite offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting plans. Customers unsatisfied with their purchase may request a refund within this timeframe by contacting support@pingrite.com with order details.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are excluded from refunds:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- VPS or dedicated servers
- Game server hosting
- SSL certificates (once issued)
- Add-ons or upgrades purchased separately
- Services purchased using promotional pricing (unless stated otherwise)
Eligibility Requirements
Refunds are issued only when:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase
- The service qualifies under policy terms
- No breach of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy occurred
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If customers initiate chargebacks without contacting support first, PingRite reserves the right to suspend services and deny future purchases.
Policy Changes
PingRite reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
