2. Legal Compliance

You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Romania, the EU, and your local jurisdiction.

3. Resource Usage

Shared hosting plans are subject to fair use. We monitor for excessive or abusive resource usage (e.g. high CPU load, memory overuse, or disk I/O abuse) that impacts other customers. Accounts found to be using disproportionate resources may be subject to restrictions or asked to upgrade to a more suitable plan.

4. Security Obligations

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and website files. If a compromised account is used for abusive activity, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, service suspension, or immediate termination depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Reporting Abuse

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the latest version.
