This Cookie Policy explains how PingRite (operated by Dintech Smart Solutions SRL, Romania) uses cookies and similar local storage technologies on pingrite.com and client.pingrite.com.

3. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode
We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags. GTM is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 — all analytics and ad storage is set to denied by default. Only when you click Accept All does our site update the consent state to granted, enabling Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to be set.
If you click Reject Non-Essential, GTM continues to load in modelled mode (no personal data is collected), but no identifying cookies are set.
4. Google Fonts
We load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These are CDN requests and Google does not set persistent cookies via this service; however, your IP address is sent to Google's servers as part of the request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Managing Your Preferences
You have several ways to control cookies and storage:
- Cookie banner: Click Manage Cookies in the footer at any time to reopen the consent banner and change your choice.
- Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear localStorage via Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Google opt-out: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and billing functions from working.
6. Consent Basis (GDPR)
PingRite is operated by Dintech Smart Solutions SRL, a Romanian company subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection law (Law 190/2018). Under GDPR:
- Strictly necessary cookies and storage are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — they are required for the service to function and cannot be refused without breaking core functionality.
- Analytics and advertising cookies are processed on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — they are only activated when you click Accept All.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tracking technologies. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes affecting analytics or advertising tools will be communicated via the consent banner.
